Valerie Harper stars in this made-for-TV comedy as Nora Cromwell, a successful marketing executive who re-examines her priorities and decides to quit her job so she can spend more time with her husband, Jack (Wayne Rogers), and two children (Danny Gerard and Alyson Court). The trouble is, they're not all that happy about having her around. Carol Kane co-stars as Nora's supportive best friend, Maxine.
